Her recipes have been featured in more than a dozen publications, including Oprah Magazine, Prevention, Better Homes and Gardens, and more. A Certified Cicerone (beer sommelier), and food culture journalist and educator, she has lived in and traveled throughout Italy, studying culinary traditions with an eye on the future of Italian foodways.
